After first wash all colour is gone, I took 4 pieces useless and I really want to refund my money

I washed second time and see what happen I took 4 pieces which is useless now I requested refund they said it's better after was, the seller is kidding me I have been buying a lot from them and this is their response this considered better in their eyes I can't ofcourse wear my daughter such cheap material shown only after first wash
